Is it Right Decision taken by Rahul Dravid?

Dravid has taken good decision. He is an honest player and always wanted India to lead in world of Cricket but failed to achieve this task. It seems that some players particularly Sachin is not giving him chance to act tough because of his lobby inside team India. It is right time to retire Sachin also from Team India because he has failed miserably in building team spirit. It is beyond doubt and proof that he plays for himself only and not for team India. Other aspect of Dravid's decision should be seen in the light of Jack Kallis's resignation from Vice-Captaincy of South Africa because he was not selected for 20-20WorldCup. It seems that Dravid also wanted to lead India in this 20-20WorldCup but denied the chance. We are not knowing inside developments and it is difficult to get the truth from Indian players compared to other country players like Gibbs, Kronje, Kallis who openly express their mind. But anyway new players should get chance and there should be lot of energy in the team rather than stagnation due to some old players. Old players should motivate new players for winning than making individual records. Team of Shewag-Captain and Dhoni-Vice-Captain may do the task leading in World of Cricket. That will be in best interest of India.
