Australia won the toss first and elected bat first. Slowly started to get runs. Good partnership 72 runs made for first wicket. Michael Hussey made 81 (not out) and Ricky Ponting made 59 runs. Australia set 230 runs target for india.

India made 12 runs in the first over. Virender Sehwag failed to get runs. Sachin lose his wicket for good run out. Gautam Gambhir was bowled. At one stage, India lose top three wickets for 53 runs in 15.2 Overs. 2nd Test of Ind vs Aus First Day Highlights

India Scored 311 for 5 at the end of the First Day Stumps

Indian batsman started well. First Wicket fall at 70 runs. Gautam Gambhir, Sachin Tendulkar and Ganguly are made half centuries in this innings. Sachin Tendulkar created another test record in his name. He is highest runs maker in the test matches. Sachin overtakes Lara's record (11,953 runs). When he reached 15 runs, he became a top scorer in the test matches. Tendulkar was already the top scorer in one day internationals (16,361 runs).

At the end of the first day stumps, Ganguly and Ishant Sharma are playing. India's position is good at present.

4th Day Highlights of India vs Australia Test Match

India finished their First innings at 360 for all out

Zaheer Khan also played very well in this innings. He made a 57 runs in 121 balls.

At end of 4 th day stumps, Australia scored their Second Innings 193 for 5 wickets

Australia leads 70 runs after completing India's Ist Innings. Australia starts positively. Simon Katich and Michael Hussey are made 34 and 31 runs respectively. Shane Watson and Brad Haddin are playing 32 and 28 runs still not out. At the end of the stage, Australia lead by 263 runs.
