Pakistan Won the Kitply Cup 2008

India failed to chase the target 316 runs. India lost by 25 runs against Pakistan in the final match of the Kitply Cup 2008.

In Indian innings, Virender Shewag, Rohit Sharma & Yusuf Pathan failed in batting for chasing the target. M S Dhoni tried very well but failed.

In Pakistan innings, Salman Butt & Younis Khan are century hero's of this match. Between their partnership is 205 runs for 2nd wicket. This valuable partnership made to set a big target. At one stage, Pakistan scored below 80 runs in 20 overs. But they pickup more runs in last 20 overs.

Gautam Gambhir's 5th Century, Virender Shewag and Gambhir made a 85 runs partnership and shewag's 27th half century helps easy win registered India by 7 wickets against Bangladesh in the 3rd Match of Kitply Cup 2008.
In Bangladesh innings, Raqibul Hasan made 89 runs in 117 balls, Captain M Ashraful made 36 runs in 67 balls, M Mahmudullah made 24 runs in 27 balls and Alok Kapali made 20 runs in 26 balls. At last, Small target 223 runs given to India. R.P. Singh and Praveen Kumar proved again good bowlers for india. R.P.Singh is taken 3 wikets for 46 runs. Praveen Kumar is taken 1 wicket for 32 runs.
